@arrington And the EU has made it clear that DeFi, NFT marketplaces &amp; DAOs need to KYC/AML users..... And those requirements will be added into MiCA 2.0 - requiring licensing, ID verification, ongoing monitoring, risk rating, reporting, BSA, etc. Many other jurisdictions following suit.
